Iwaki Hi-Resolution Pump (HRP)

Description

The Iwaki HRP metering pump delivers precise, high-speed flow in a compact package. Designed specifically for OEM applications, the Iwaki HRP metering pump has been sized for easy integration into many types of systems. Multiple control options, including 1: 1 proportional digital pulse tracking and simple start / stop control, combined with horizontal and vertical configurations allow the Iwaki HRP metering pump to be customized for many applications.

• The HRP series is powered by 24VDC and offers an ideal fit for integrated applications.
• Select the pump head oriented vertically or horizontally to achieve the optimum mounting position on various host machines.
• Digitally controlled stroke frequency from 0 to 720 SPM. The minimum flow rate of 0.055 ml per injection provides a constant imperceptible injection.
• IP65 waterproof and dustproof design

• PVDF pump head with ceramic balls and FKM elastomer

Pulse control type

• The pulse signal input controls the operation of the pump (pulse frequency).
• The pump performs one stroke synchronously.
• The signal input is required to work after the power is turned on for this type.
• The pump cannot run over 720spm even if the external signal is input to run the pump beyond the maximum spm.

Control type 4-20mA

• The 4-20mA input proportionally controls the operation of the pump (pulse frequency).
• The signal input is required to work after the power is turned on for this type.

Control type 1-5V

• The 1-5 V input proportionally controls the operation of the pump (pulse frequency).
• The signal input is required to work after the power is turned on for this type.

Type of stop control

• The input of the stop signal suspends the operation of the pump.
• This type of pump starts running at 720 rpm when the power is turned on.
