Each of the 12 aquarium units consists of an insulated acrylic basin with a capacity of 75 liters, a filtration system and a thermal control. The filtration system consists of a pump, a foam filter, a submerged biofilter and a foamer. The thermal control consists of three thermoelectric modules, three thermal probes and a control box (three thermostats, an electronic thermometer).
Above the aquariums, three plumbing lines bring air, fresh water and salt water to each aquarium. Likewise, a luminaire makes it possible to illuminate in white or red light each of the three aquarium stages. These three fixtures can be positioned directly above the aquariums or at 45 degrees to illuminate from the front.
Each raceway units consists of a 920 L raceway, a filtration module and a thermal control. The filtration module consists of a percolator biofilter, an oxygen saturator, a pumping basin, a pump, a cartridge filter, a foamer and a heat exchanger.

The larval tanks come with two types of water injector. The first consists of two sprinklers positioned parallel to the surface of the larval basin and a nozzle ring located at the bottom of the tank. This nozzle ring is connected to the P-2 valve by a ¼ “diameter hose. The first type of nozzle is used only during the first feeding of the larvae; the surface jets break the oil layer while the nozzle ring resuspends the larvae and organic matter. It should be noted that the feces trap must be closed during the first feeding. It is also important to cover the wire mesh around the overflow of the larval ponds with the bag of ” nitex ” to prevent the larval exit.
The second type of nozzle consists of a vertical pipe perforated and slightly curved at its base. This nozzle creates a circular movement of water conducive to the proper functioning of the feces trap. This injector is used 4-6 weeks after the start of the first feeding.
